Hello Everybody,
Happy New Year! This past week was pretty slow, because most of our investigators were away for the holidays. But it was a fun week. We met a lot of cool people who we are returning to see this next week. I am excited for the return appointments that we have. On New Years Eve, my companion and I got Chinese food, and we had a little party in our flat. It was pretty fun. We went to bed on time, but I set my alarm for 11:59 to wake up and see the New Year in. I woke up and said Happy New Year to my companion, and he groaned and rolled over and started snoring. He didn't remember it the next day, it was pretty funny. But we were so tired, that seeing the New Year in didn't matter too much. I guess missionaries are party poopers.
Anyways, I gave a talk this last Sunday in Sacrament Meeting and it was cool I didn't write it word for word. That was the first time I gave a talk like that, and I talked for nearly 20 minutes. It was about Moroni, Moroni's story is pretty cool. It would be hard to be in his shoes. I am grateful that he did the things and wrote the things he did in the Book of Mormon. Ether is probably one of my favorite books in the Book of Mormon. Anyways, that was really cool, and I am excited to talk in Sacrament again sometime. Missionaries get the opportunity a lot, at least in small wards and branches. Well I'd better get going, I hope you all have a great week.
Love,
Elder Price
